Shipping Procedure
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, indicating that we’ve begun processing your order. This typically takes 1 - 2 working days (Monday - Friday). If you place your order before 2:00 PM PST we will start working on it the same day. Afterwards the order will be dispatched to you and you will receive another email containing tracking information.
You can expect to receive your order within 5 - 7 working days (Monday - Friday). We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders within the contiguous United States.
Delays
If you don't receive your order in the time frame, please wait another 3 working days (Monday - Friday). Delays can occasionally occur, due to many unexpected reasons. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@adventure-outlet.com. Once the order has been processed, we won't be able to cancel it anymore.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report to us as quickly as possible at info@adventure-outlet.com. We apologize for this inconvenience, but sometimes it can happen. Do not worry, we will make sure, you'll get the right new item free of charge.
