Return and Refund Policy

Return Process
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items. Returns are not accepted if more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date. To begin the return process, contact us first at info@adventure-outlet.com.
We will then send you more detailed instructions. Before sending the items back to us, please make sure that they are unused, and still in their original packaging with all the original tags attached.
Bear in mind that you are responsible to cover any return shipping costs. But do not worry, as we won't charge any restocking fees.
Refunds
Once received, we will send you a confirmation email and then we will start with the inspection. When this is done, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. This process may take up to 7 days, so please be patient. If it takes any longer, please contact us.
Exchanges
Changed your mind and want a different item? No problem! Just reach out to us at info@adventure-outlet.com with the details of what you’d like to exchange, and we’ll guide you through the process.


Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@adventure-outlet.com. Once the order has been processed, we won't be able to cancel it anymore.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report to us as quickly as possible at info@adventure-outlet.com. We apologize for this inconvenience, but sometimes it can happen.
